PCEE Sales Academy

To fill in the gap between product training and selling training, the Instructory team developed a special training program for sales and after sales staff that helped to cover issues not included in other Porsche trainings. The participants worked on their sales and driving skills to be more convincing in their communications with the customers, enhanced their knowledge of Porsche technologies, cars and brand in general, shared their experience and ideas with the colleagues from different markets, which helped to get more knowledge for practical application. A perfect combination of the driving exercises and theoretical courses made the program interesting and diverse. Initially the program included three modules, but on participants’ demand module 4 and 5 have been added. Well-known experts from luxury, hospitality etc. business were invited as coaches to share their knowledge and ideas.
